Lisa,

Thanks for asking. At MultipleSclerosisCentral.com, click on my profile. Then click "Subscribe". By simply registering your name and email address, new posts will be sent directly to your email.

Alternatively, you can go to my profile, click on "read all my posts" and click the "bookmarks" widget at the top. Then you can choose your bookmark of choice. Thank you for your support.

My exacerbation is keeping me down a bit, but I have half-hour bursts of limited energy and I'm using it all on the computer. Your words of encouragement mean a lot.

Hi Mandy!!

Although I don't always comment, I do always read. And I was wondering...is there a way to 'subscribe' to your posts at MultipleSclerosisCentral.com? I find my feed reader to be the easiest way to keep track of what everybody is saying, otherwise it takes awhile to get around to those sites without feeds.

I hope that you are feeling okay and that this exacerbation is turning out to be mild. Take care of yourself.
